What happens if I am unsuccessful?
It is a completive market out there so unfortunately there are going to be times when this happens. If it does happen to you, you will be given the option of having your details included in the CMS database where they will be reviewed by all our employers to assess your suitability for any of their current or future needs.
How long will my details stay on the database?
Your details will stay active on the database until you advise us you are no longer looking. We will then retain your details as inactive. If you decide to start looking again all you have to do is advise us and we will reactivate your details. Provided it is within 6 months you will not be required to re-do any testing (unless you wish to).
How do I apply for a position?
Choose the position you wish to apply for then send your details as indicated in the Job Description.
What happens after have sent my details?
Your details will be reviewed against the minimum criteria set out by the employers, this will include a request to fill out a quick questionnaire to ensure all details are equally reviewed. Successful applicants will then asked to do Job specific testing. This is followed by a brief telephone interview to confirm we understand your requirements and to advise you of the process moving forward.
